Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
- Please email a Return Request to topmixinfo@gmail.com
- Once approved you will receive a Return Confirmation email.
- Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 4 days of delivery.
- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
- All return items are credit note or exchange only. NO MONEY REFUND.
- Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, and we approve the request, we will send you an email with your store credit for the full amount, once received by the established date of 10 days within delivery. Later date returns will not be accepted.
- If it is a SIZE EXCHANGE, please specify, and we will make the exchange, once the item is returned in the same conditions it was purchased.
-We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away and provide a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. In the rare event your item has a make-up stain on it we are happy to credit you the dry cleaning bill.
- SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.
